The plain version of how ordering, pickup, delivery, shipping and returns work.
Every piece is made to order
Nothing in the shop sits on a shelf waiting for you. Each piece is printed after you order it, so please allow 7–14 days before your order ships or is ready for pickup. Timing depends on whether we have your blank in stock.
Custom pieces are final sale
Because each piece is made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, size or color. Please check your size and color before you order, and ask us if you’re not sure.
If something is wrong, we’ll make it right
If your order arrives with a misprint, damage, or the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and a photo. We’ll remake it or refund you.
Changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as you can. If we haven’t started printing, we’ll update the order or refund you in full. Once printing has started, we can’t cancel.
Local pickup
Pickup in Seymour, Tennessee is free. We’ll call or text the number you gave at checkout when your order is ready, and hold it for 14 days. After that, please reach out so we can arrange it.
Local delivery
If you live within about 25 miles of Seymour, we deliver instead of shipping. Local delivery is $10 per order, and we’ll text you to set a delivery time once your order is ready.
Shipping
Everywhere else in the United States, shipping is priced by the weight of your package and shown before you pay. Orders ship USPS Ground Advantage, which usually arrives 2–5 business days after it ships. If a package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact us and we’ll help sort it out with the carrier.
Sales tax
Local pickups, local deliveries and orders shipped to a Tennessee address include Tennessee sales tax, including on the delivery or shipping charge. Orders shipped to other states are not charged sales tax.
Caring for your piece
Wash apparel inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don’t iron directly on the print. Hand wash tumblers and drinkware; they are not dishwasher safe.
